Terms, in brief

The questions a compliance officer will ask.

1. Tax. All prices exclude VAT and sales tax, calculated at checkout by Paddle from your location. Brazilian prices include IOF at 3.5%.
2. Merchant of record. Sentinel Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. Your invoice and card statement will carry Paddle's name.
3. The first month. Not charged. Ending the subscription before it closes costs nothing; no card is charged until the second month begins.
4. Ending a subscription. At any time, from the workspace. Access continues to the end of the month already paid. The refund policy is published alongside these terms.
5. Custody. Sentinel is non-custodial by design. No subscription, at any tier, gives Sentinel or Custody Agents S.L. access to keys, seeds or funds.
6. The free assessment. The governance assessment and score are free and need no account. They are not a tier; they are how a conversation starts.
